Wildflower Race Training Clinic - Tri California conducts training clinics for athletes. This clinic was held a month before the 2009 Avia Wildflower Triathlon at Lake San Antonio in Monterey County. Head Coach Reid Swanson, with Phil DiGirolamo and Eric Gilsenan guide athletes through each portion of the course providing valuable hints and tips. Athletes come away from the camp better prepared for the Avia Wildflower with knowledge helpful at any triathlon.
